All abstract submissions should be made through our online abstract system, abstract submitted via e-mail will not be evaluated.
Abstract Submission Guidelines:
- You can submit your abstracts for either oral or poster presentation to be presented in the 3rd International Congress of Feline Medicine Association.
- Original studies, case studies and clinical studies can be submitted.
- Each participant can submit a maximum of 1 poster and 1 oral abstracts.
- Abstract presenter should complete their registration in order for their abstract to be evaluated.
- Do not use abbrevations in abstract title. The abstract title should reflect the content of your study.
- Abstracts should not exceed 300 words, excluding abstract title. Make sure your abstract is structured to include the following sections (please keep these section titles within your abstract body):
- Objectives / Materials and Methods / Results / Conclusions
- All abstracts and presentations should be prepared in Turkish only.
- Abstracts submitted after the submission deadline will not be evaluated.
- All submitted abstracts will be evaluated via "double blind" method with refrees assigned by the scientific committee.
- Abstract evaluation results will be announced by 8 October 2025.
- Accepted and presented abstracts will be published in the congress book and distributed digitally.

Registration Cancellation Policy:
- For cancellations made until July 15, 2025, the full registration fee (~5% excluding bank charges and credit card commissions) will be refunded.
- For cancellations between July 15, 2025 and September 1, 2025, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
- After September 1, 2025, the registration fee is non-refundable.
- For cancellations to be valid, all cancellations must be made in writing to the organization secretariat and approval must be obtained.(khedikongre@evronas.com)
